Turkey N Stuffing PieMicrowave

Ingredients

• 1 14 c water
• 14 c butter or margarine
• 3 12 c seasoned stuffing crumbs
• 1 28 oz can Durkees French fried onions
• 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 34 c milk
• 1 12 c 7 oz cubed cooked turkey
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas thawed and drained

Directions

1. In 9-inch round or fluted microwavable dish place water and butter
2. Cook covered on High 3 minutes or until butter melts Stir in stuffing crumbs and 12 can onions
3. Press stuffing mixture into dish as above
4. Reduce milk to 12 cup
5. In large microwave bowl combine soup milk turkey and peas
6. Cook covered 8 minutes
7. Stir turkey mixture halfway through cooking time Pour turkey mixture into stuffing shell
8. Cook uncovered 4 to 6 minutes
9. Rotate dish halfway through cooking time
10. Top with remaining onions cook uncovered 1 minutes
11. Let stand 5 minutes
