Turkey Or Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c. or more cooked, deboned turkey or chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk or water
- 8 oz. sour cream (optional; increase milk if not used)
- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix and 1 stick butter, together.
- Season and place into lightly greased, medium to large casserole dish.
- In another bowl, mix stuffing mix with stick of butter.
- Mix well and spread evenly on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes; just long enough to heat mixture and lightly brown top.
- Can be made ahead of time and frozen until ready to bake.
- Serves 6.
