Turkey Piccaja

Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey
  • 2 Tbsp butter and olive oil
  • 23 c white wine
  • 34 c beef broth
  • 12 c chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • grated peel of 2 lemons and juice
  • 12 tsp cornstarch
  • 8 thin slices lemon

Directions

  1. Dip turkey slices in seasoned flour
  2. Saute in butter and olive oil two minutes on each side
  3. Remove
  4. Add wine beef broth chopped parsley garlic grated lemon peel and juice
  5. Let come to a boil and add cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
  6. Add to thicken
  7. Simmer gently
  8. Add lemon slices and simmer two minutes
  9. Return turkey and serve over noodles
  10. Can use the lemon slices to decorate
