Turkey Puff Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 c cooked turkey cubed
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp poultry seasoning
- 4 eggs
- 3 c milk
- 1 c diced celery
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 tsp pepper
- 10 slices bread
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c grated cheese
- sliced ripe olives
Directions
- Combine turkey onion salt and poultry seasoning
- In a separate bowl beat together eggs milk celery mayonnaise and pepper
- Cut crusts from bread and cut into cubes
- Arrange crusts in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased pan
- Place turkey mix on top of bread
- Pour egg mix over casserole and let stand overnight in refrigerator
- Before baking top with soup and cheese
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Add olives for effect before serving
