Turkey Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 13 c butter
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c sliced celery
- 3 c soft bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp sage
- 12 tsp poultry season
- 14 c chicken bouillon
- 2 lb turkey steaks
- 13 c all-purpose flour
- 14 c melted butter
- paprika
- lemon slices
- lime slices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- In large skillet melt butter
- Add onion and celery and cook until tender
- Add bread cubes parsley seasonings and bouillon adjust seasonings to taste
- Place turkey steaks between layers of wax paper and pound until flattened and doubled in width
- Spoon stuffing onto steaks
- Roll up and secure with toothpicks
- In pie pan place flour dip turkey rolls in flour and dip in melted butter
- Place in baking dish
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 to 35 minutes
