Turkey Salad

Ingredients
- 4 lb 4 to 5 c cooked cubed turkey breast
- 1 c diagonal-cut celery
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 23 c mayonnaise
- 14 c cream
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- lettuce leaves
Directions
- Combine turkey celery green pepper and onion mix well Combine mayonnaise cream vinegar salt and pepper
- Add to turkey mixture mix well
- Refrigerate
- To serve arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates
- Spoon turkey mixture onto a bed of fresh crisp lettuce
- Serves 6 to 8
