Turkey Schnitzel

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 lb fresh turkey slices uncooked
Directions
- Beat egg milk and oil together
- Dip turkey slices in egg mixture then in crumbs
- Place in a single layer in greased baking pan
- Bake 15 minutes at 425 turning once
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Garnish with lemon slices
