Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
- 3 loaves bread cubed
- 6 c water
- 12 c chopped onions
- 3 tsp celery salt
- 12 lb fresh pork sausage
- 12 c butter
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 c hot water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- chopped liver and giblets if desired
Directions
- Soak bread in water for 5 minutes
- Cook onions celery and sausage in butter for 10 minutes or until sausage is cooked Combine with bread and add eggs walnuts salt pepper broth and giblets
- Mix well
