Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c chopped celery
- 3 large apples peeled and chopped
- 8 c bread crumbs or stuffing mix
- 2 c mushrooms sliced and sauteed
- salt pepper poultry seasoning and chopped parsley to taste
Directions
- Fry sausage until crumbly
- Add onion and celery
- Cook until golden and tender about 10 minutes
- Add to bread crumbs
- Season and add remaining ingredients
- Moisten with chicken stock if too dry
