Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 loaves bread cubed
  • 6 c water
  • 12 c chopped onions
  • 3 tsp celery salt
  • 12 lb fresh pork sausage
  • 12 c butter
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 1 c hot water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • chopped liver and giblets if desired

Directions

  1. Soak bread in water for 5 minutes
  2. Cook onions celery and sausage in butter for 10 minutes or until sausage is cooked Combine with bread and add eggs walnuts salt pepper broth and giblets
  3. Mix well
