Turnip Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 c cooked mashed turnips
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 4 Tbsp sugar
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp pepper
• 1 12 c bread crumbs

Directions

1. Combine turnips butter sugar salt eggs pepper and 34 cup of the bread crumbs mix well
2. Pour into buttered casserole dish Top with rest of bread crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon of melted butter
3. Bake until brown about 30 minutes at 350
