Turnip Greens Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can Bushs chopped turnip or mustard greens drained
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 10 12 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- bread crumbs
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together except crumbs and cheese
- Spoon into casserole cover top with bread crumbs and cheese
- Bake 1 hour at 350
- This dish multiplies well for a big crowd
- Serves 6 to 8
