Turnip Greens Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Bushs chopped turnip or mustard greens drained
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 10 12 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • bread crumbs
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except crumbs and cheese
  2. Spoon into casserole cover top with bread crumbs and cheese
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350
  4. This dish multiplies well for a big crowd
  5. Serves 6 to 8
