Turtle Bars

Ingredients
- 1 34 c flour
- 1 12 c uncooked oats
- 34 c packed brown sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 34 c butter or oleo
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 13 c coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 12 14 oz jar caramel ice cream topping
Directions
- Combine 1 12 cups flour oatmeal brown sugar and salt
- Add butter mixing until crumbly
- Reserve 34 cup of mixture for topping
- Press remaining mixture into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
