Twice-Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 large baking potatoes
  • butter
  • milk
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 c shredded cheese Cheddar Provolone etc
  • Parmesan cheese
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Bake potatoes as usual
  2. Scoop out skins leaving a very small edge
  3. Mash potatoes with milk butter and seasoned salt to taste Add shredded cheese and mix until it melts
  4. Fill scooped out skins with potato mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika Bake again until top is golden
  5. Serves 6 or more
