Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 baker potatoes
  • 34 c Cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 Tbsp onion
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 12 c sour cream
  • parsley to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bake potatoes until done Cut 13 of potatoes off lengthwise and scoop most of potato pulp into bowl setting potato hull aside Mash pulp Add bacon finely chopped onion butter sour cream parsley salt and pepper Scoop into potato hulls and top with cheese Bake until cheese is melted
