Two-Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 34 c chopped green pepper
- 13 c chopped onion
- 1 17-oz can cream-style corn
- 1 16-oz can whole kernel corn
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 8-oz pkg corn muffin mix
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease a 2-quart casserole dish Saute pepper and onion in butter until soft Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish Bake until set
