Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 34 c chopped green pepper
  • 13 c chopped onion
  • 1 17-oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 16-oz can whole kernel corn
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 8-oz pkg corn muffin mix
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease a 2-quart casserole dish Saute pepper and onion in butter until soft Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish Bake until set
