Two-Flavor Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 12 c butter
- 10 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 6 oz pkg each butterscotch and chocolate chips
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In saucepan combine brown sugar granulated sugar evaporated milk and butter or margarine
- Bring to full boil over moderate heat stirring frequently
- Boil for 15 minutes over moderate heat stirring occasionally
- Remove from heat
- Add marshmallow cream butterscotch chips and chocolate chips
- Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth
- Blend in nuts and vanilla Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan
- Chill until firm
- Makes about 2 12 pounds
- Freezes well
