Two Birds With One Stone

Ingredients

• 3 lb potatoes
• 34 c light cream heated
• 1 tsp sugar
• 12 c butter melted
• 2 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 2 Tbsp chopped chives
• 1 12 tsp dried dill
• 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach

Directions

1. Boil and mash the potatoes
2. Add the next 5 ingredients and beat well
3. Add the chives and dill
4. Add the cooked drained spinach and beat well again
5. Put in a buttered 1 12-quart casserole and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes
6. Serves 6 to 8
