Two Birds With One Stone

Ingredients
- 3 lb potatoes
- 34 c light cream heated
- 1 tsp sugar
- 12 c butter melted
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives
- 1 12 tsp dried dill
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
Directions
- Boil and mash the potatoes
- Add the next 5 ingredients and beat well
- Add the chives and dill
- Add the cooked drained spinach and beat well again
- Put in a buttered 1 12-quart casserole and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes
- Serves 6 to 8
