Two Cheese Fettuccine Primavera
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 12 tsp each dried oregano leaves and coarse ground pepper
- 1 34 c skim milk
- 8 oz fettuccine cooked and drained
- 1 c Kraft light part skim Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c broccoli flowerets
- 1 red pepper cut into julienne strips
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil in medium saucepan
- Blend in flour and seasonings
- Gradually add milk
- Cook stirring constantly until thickened
- Toss hot pasta with sauce and remaining ingredients
- Serve immediately
- Serves 4
