Two Cheese Fettuccine Primavera

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 12 tsp each dried oregano leaves and coarse ground pepper
  • 1 34 c skim milk
  • 8 oz fettuccine cooked and drained
  • 1 c Kraft light part skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c broccoli flowerets
  • 1 red pepper cut into julienne strips
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil in medium saucepan
  2. Blend in flour and seasonings
  3. Gradually add milk
  4. Cook stirring constantly until thickened
  5. Toss hot pasta with sauce and remaining ingredients
  6. Serve immediately
  7. Serves 4
