Two Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz carton plain yogurt
- 12 to 34 c skim milk
- 1 c frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2 bananas sliced and frozen
- ice cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in electric blender
- Add enough ice cubes to bring to 4-cup level
- Blend until smooth
- Serve immediately
- Each serving contains 100 caloriescup
