Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz carton plain yogurt
  • 12 to 34 c skim milk
  • 1 c frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 2 bananas sliced and frozen
  • ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in electric blender
  2. Add enough ice cubes to bring to 4-cup level
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Serve immediately
  5. Each serving contains 100 caloriescup
