Ingredients

  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 tsp reduced-calorie margarine
  • 2 medium zucchini cut into julienne strips
  • 12 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
  • 14 tsp dried whole basil
  • 18 tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray add margarine
  2. Place over medium-high heat until margarine melts
  3. Add zucchini and remaining ingredients saute 5 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender
  4. Yields 6 servings 19 calories and 33 fat per 12 cup serving
