Two Squash Saute
Ingredients
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 tsp reduced-calorie margarine
- 2 medium zucchini cut into julienne strips
- 12 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 14 tsp dried whole basil
- 18 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray add margarine
- Place over medium-high heat until margarine melts
- Add zucchini and remaining ingredients saute 5 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender
- Yields 6 servings 19 calories and 33 fat per 12 cup serving
