Ugly Duckling Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 16 oz can fruit cocktail undrained
- 2 13 c flaked coconut
- 2 eggs
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 12 c butter
- 12 c white sugar
- 12 c evaporated milk
Directions
- Combine cake mix fruit cocktail 1 cup of coconut and eggs in a large bowl
- Blend then beat on medium for 2 minutes
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle with brown sugar
- Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
