Unbaked Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 34 c butter or margarine
• 1 can milk
• 1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix
• 3 12 c quick rolled oats
• 12 c coconut
• 12 c nuts

Directions

1. In a large saucepan combine sugar butter or margarine and canned milk
2. Bring mixture to a boil stirring frequently Remove from stove and add pudding rolled oats coconut and nuts Mix together thoroughly
3. Cool
4. Drop dough by teaspoon on wax paper
5. Makes about 5 dozen cookies
