Unbaked Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can chilled canned milk
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 12 lb graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c boiling water
- 14 c real lemon
- 1 cube oleo
Directions
- Mix jello with boiling water set aside in refrigerator Chill until thick syrup
- Mix sugar cheese and vanilla with fork Add real lemon
- Whip milk stiff
- Add cheese mixture to jello and pour slowly into milk
- Turn as you pour
- Melt oleo and mix with crumbs
- Put 12 crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
- Save rest of crumbs for top
- Place in freezer for 2 hours
- Remove Ready to serve
