Unbaked Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 10 graham crackers
• 14 c butter
• 12 c nuts
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 3 egg yolks beaten
• 1 cake German chocolate melted
• 12 marshmallows cut fine

Directions

1. Cream the butter and sugar then add egg yolks vanilla chocolate marshmallows and nuts
2. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into first mixture
3. Roll 10 graham crackers until fine Line bottom of baking dish or pan with 23 of the crumbs
4. Pour mixture over the crumbs
5. Use remaining crumbs to cover the top Chill then slice and serve with milk coffee and a gelatin dessert
