Unbaked Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb dates cut fine
• 1 lb marshmallows cut in bits
• 1 lb red and green gumdrops cut in bits
• 1 lb graham crackers crushed
• 1 c walnuts chopped
• 1 lb golden raisins
• 12 c sugar
• 1 c cream

Directions

1. Crush crackers into crumbs
2. Mix fruits nuts marshmallows and gumdrops all finely chopped together
3. Add sugar and whipped cream blending well
4. Pack in loaf pans or Christmas tins
5. Pack until well pressed together
6. Let stand for 2 weeks
7. Remove from pans
8. Put in plastic bag
