Unbaked Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 stick margarine 12 c
- 12 c milk
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c crunchy peanut butter
- 3 c uncooked oatmeal
Directions
- Boil sugar margarine milk and cocoa in medium saucepan for 1 12 minutes
- Important to time this exactly
- Stir in vanilla peanut butter and oatmeal immediately mixing well
- Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper foil or cookie sheet
- Makes about 3 dozen
- Can chill or let cool for 20 to 30 minutes to harden
