Uncooked Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 peck ripe tomatoes cut fine
- 2 large onions cut fine
- 2 green peppers chopped
- 1 bunch celery chopped
- 3 12 c vinegar
- 6 c sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp ginger
Directions
- Bring vegetables spices sugar and vinegar to a boil and fill 10 pint jars
- Seal
- The liquid that you drain off can be put in tomato juice if making it the next day
