Uncooked Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients

• 3 c fresh sliced peaches
• 34 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• dash of salt
• 2 tsp butter
• 14 tsp flavoring
• 1 9-inch baked pie crust

Directions

1. Combine peaches sugar and lemon juice let stand for 1 hour Drain and measure 1 cup syrup
2. Add cornstarch to syrup and blend Cook over low heat until thick
3. Add salt butter and flavoring cool
4. Put peaches in shell
5. Cover with sauce
6. Serve with whipping cream or ice cream
