Uncooked Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb marshmallows
• 1 lb colored gumdrops
• 1 lb graham cracker crumbs
• 1 lb candied dates
• 1 lb raisins
• 1 lb nuts
• 1 lb extra fine sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 c maraschino cherries
• 1 lb coconut
• 1 c whipped cream

Directions

1. Chop and mix all ingredients together
2. Pack in pan with oil paper
3. Cover tightly
4. Store in cool place
5. Keeps good for several years in freezer
6. Store in cool place for 2 to 3 weeks before cutting
