Uncooked Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 stick butter
• 12 c milk
• 2 12 c quick cooking oats
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 12 c peanut butter

Directions

1. Combine sugar cocoa butter and milk heat to boiling point in large pan stirring constantly
2. Boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds
3. Remove from heat add oats and beat well
4. Add vanilla and peanut butter
5. Beat well
6. Drop on wax paper and let cool
