Uncooked Relish

Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 6 large green tomatoes
- 6 red bell peppers
- 6 green bell peppers
- 4 large onions
- 1 large head cabbage
- hot pepper to taste
- 6 tsp sugar
- 6 c sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 qt pure apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Grind veggies with coarse blade
- Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight
- Drain off juice and cover with mixture of sugar celery seed prepared mustard and vinegar
- Mix all together and put in jars seal
