Unusual Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c sour cream or yogurt
- 14 c margarine melted
- 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn drain and use only 13 cup of the liquid
- 1 16 oz can cream-style corn
- 1 small pkg dry cornbread mix Jiffy
Directions
- Beat egg with a fork then mix together with all other ingredients
- Put in lightly greased 1 12-quart casserole dish Bake uncovered in preheated 350 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until set
- Serves 6 to 8
