Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Duncan Hines German Chocolate cake mix
- 1 c chopped pecans optional
- 1 c coconut
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c butter or margarine melted
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease or spray bottom of 9x13 inch pan Sprinkle pecans and coconut over bottom of pan
- Mix cake according to directions on the box and pour over pecans and coconut mixture
- Mix cream cheese butter and sugar together Pour over cake mixture leaving 12 to 1 inch on each side
- Bake for 50 minutes
- This was always a favorite of Muggsys when he came to the house
- Without nuts of course
