Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Duncan Hines German Chocolate cake mix
• 1 c chopped pecans optional
• 1 c coconut
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 c butter or margarine melted
• 1 lb powdered sugar

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease or spray bottom of 9x13 inch pan Sprinkle pecans and coconut over bottom of pan
3. Mix cake according to directions on the box and pour over pecans and coconut mixture
4. Mix cream cheese butter and sugar together Pour over cake mixture leaving 12 to 1 inch on each side
5. Bake for 50 minutes
6. This was always a favorite of Muggsys when he came to the house
7. Without nuts of course
