Valentine Party Salad

Ingredients

• 1 4 serving size pkg Jell-O sugar-free cherry gelatin
• 2 c fat-free cottage cheese
• 1 c canned crushed pineapple packed in its own juice and drained 8 oz can
• 12 c miniature marshmallows 1 oz
• 2 Tbsp chopped pecans 12 oz
• 6 maraschino cherries quartered
• 34 c Cool Whip lite

Directions

1. In a medium bowl combine dry gelatin and cottage cheese Fold in pineapple marshmallows pecans and cherries
2. Add Cool Whip lite
3. Mix gently to combine
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
