Vanilla Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 14 c Crisco shortening
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 34 c cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 10 oz pkg vanilla chips 1 23 c

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. In large bowl cream Crisco and sugar Add eggs and vanilla
3. Combine flour cocoa baking soda and salt and gradually blend into creamed mixture
4. Stir in chips and drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
5. Bake 8 or 9 minutes
6. Cool slightly
7. Remove from cookie sheet
8. Makes about 4 dozen
