Vanilla Custard

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 14 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- pinch of salt
Directions
- In a small heavy saucepan whisk milk and cornstarch until blended
- Whisk in eggs sugar salt and vanilla
- Cook over medium low heat whisking constantly until mixture thickens and you can see the bottom when whisking
- Cool
- Makes enough to fill a 9 inch pan
