Vanilla Drop Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 12 c all-purpose flour sifted
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 12 c buttermilk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Measure and sift dry ingredients
- Set aside
- Cream shortening
- Add sugar gradually beating after each addition Add beaten eggs
- Stir in dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and vanilla
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet
- Bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
