Vanilla Extract

Ingredients

• vanilla beans
• 14 c fruit brandy Cointreau for example

Directions

1. Split vanilla bean open on flat side
2. Cut into small pieces Add brandy use drinking alcohol only
3. Shake well and let stand 2 weeks
