Vanilla Ice CreamNo Cooking

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp vanilla
• 12 pt whipping cream
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 cans condensed milk Eagle Brand
• approximately 1 12 qt dairy milk

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs cream sugar salt and vanilla mix well with a mixer
2. Pour into can
3. Add condensed milk stir well
4. Add dairy milk to fill line on can and stir Churn in freezer per instructions
5. Makes approximately 4 quarts
