Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients

• 14 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 2 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp butter

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except vanilla and butter in saucepan and cook until thickened
2. Add vanilla and butter
3. Pour into serving dishes
4. Top with plastic wrap to prevent skin forming on top
