Vanilla Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 13 c brown sugar
• 1 c milk
• 12 tsp vanilla
• nutmeg to taste my family likes lots

Directions

1. Combine cornstarch and brown sugar well
2. Add milk gradually blending smooth
3. Cook over medium-high heat until thick stirring to prevent lumps
4. Remove from heat
5. Add butter vanilla and nutmeg
