Vanilla Wafer Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 6 eggs
• 12 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 7 oz can flaked coconut
• 1 12 oz box vanilla wafers crushed

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar together Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition Add milk and vanilla Mix well Add pecans coconut and vanilla wafers Mix well Bake in well-greased and floured 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan or a tube pan for 1 hour at 350 Serve plain or with whipped cream
