Vanilla Wafers
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 c butter
- 34 tsp baking soda
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
Directions
- In a medium bowl beat all ingredients at low speed until well blended Drop dough by 2 teaspoons about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets Bake 10 to 12 minutes until edges are brown Makes about 4 dozen cookies
