Veal Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb veal or pork cut into 4 slices
- salt to taste
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c bread crumbs
- butter or oil
- 4 lemon wedges
Directions
- Pound meat
- Sprinkle with salt
- Dip first in flour then in eggs and then in bread crumbs
- Fry in butter or oil until brown Serve with lemon wedges
