Veal Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb veal or pork cut into 4 slices
  • salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • butter or oil
  • 4 lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Pound meat
  2. Sprinkle with salt
  3. Dip first in flour then in eggs and then in bread crumbs
  4. Fry in butter or oil until brown Serve with lemon wedges
