Veal Paprika

Ingredients
- 2 lb veal steak cut 12-inch thick
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 c flour
- 14 tsp paprika
- garlic
- 1 c hot water
- 1 c cream
Directions
- Mix salt pepper and flour
- Roll individual servings of veal cutlets in seasoned flour
- Brown in hot oil in skillet rubbed with garlic
- Add 1 cup hot water cover and simmer 1 12 hours Arrange meat on hot platter
- Into gravy left in pan stir 1 cup cream
- Heat and pour over noodles
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Makes 6 servings
