Veal Paprika

Ingredients

  • 2 lb veal steak cut 12-inch thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 c flour
  • 14 tsp paprika
  • garlic
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 c cream

Directions

  1. Mix salt pepper and flour
  2. Roll individual servings of veal cutlets in seasoned flour
  3. Brown in hot oil in skillet rubbed with garlic
  4. Add 1 cup hot water cover and simmer 1 12 hours Arrange meat on hot platter
  5. Into gravy left in pan stir 1 cup cream
  6. Heat and pour over noodles
  7. Sprinkle with paprika
  8. Makes 6 servings
