Veal Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 13 c butter melted
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 14 tsp onion salt
  • 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 lb veal cutlet or tenderized steak cut in 8 pieces
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 c crushed cornflakes or crackers
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan Blend salt pepper crumbs and Parmesan cheese
  2. Dip meat in eggs and then in crumbs twice Place meat in buttered pan
  3. Cook 20 minutes in 400 oven turn and bake 20 minutes on the other side
