Veal Parmigiana

Veal Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb veal cutlets 2 x 2-inch slices 14-inch thick
  • 1 egg
  • milk
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • butter or oil
  • spaghetti sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • seasoned bread crumbs dry

Directions

  1. Pound cutlets until they reach 3 x 3-inch size
  2. Dip meat into egg and milk mixture then dip into 34 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
  3. Sprinkle freely with Parmesan cheese allow to stand 15 minutes
  4. Saute in butter or oil until crisp 2 to 4 minutes each side
  5. Place in baking sheet top with your favorite spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese
  6. Place in preheated oven until cheese melts
  7. Serves 4 to 5
