Veal Parmigiana
Ingredients
- 13 c butter melted
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp oregano
- 14 tsp onion salt
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 2 lb veal cutlet or tenderized steak cut in 8 pieces
- 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 c crushed cornflakes or crackers
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
Directions
- Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan Blend salt pepper crumbs and Parmesan cheese
- Dip meat in eggs and then in crumbs twice Place meat in buttered pan
- Cook 20 minutes in 400 oven turn and bake 20 minutes on the other side
