Veal Parmigiana
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb veal cutlets 2 x 2-inch slices 14-inch thick
- 1 egg
- milk
- grated Parmesan cheese
- butter or oil
- spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- seasoned bread crumbs dry
Directions
- Pound cutlets until they reach 3 x 3-inch size
- Dip meat into egg and milk mixture then dip into 34 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
- Sprinkle freely with Parmesan cheese allow to stand 15 minutes
- Saute in butter or oil until crisp 2 to 4 minutes each side
- Place in baking sheet top with your favorite spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese
- Place in preheated oven until cheese melts
- Serves 4 to 5
