Vegetable And Ham Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion sliced thin
  • 3 carrots peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 c chopped cooked ham
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup undiluted
  • 12 c milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 13 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Layer half of potatoes onion carrots and ham in a 2-quart baking dish
  2. Combine soup milk and pepper to make sauce
  3. Pour half of sauce over vegetables and ham
  4. Add remaining ingredients vegetables and ham
  5. Top with remaining sauce
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 375
  7. Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese
  8. Bake another 10 minutes
  9. Serves 6
