Vegetable Beef And Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb ground beef
  • 1 can golden corn soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 34 c water
  • 1 15 oz can mixed vegetables drained
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 10 oz pkg refrigerated biscuits
  • 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat cook beef until browned stirring to separate meat
  2. Spoon off fat
  3. Stir in soups water mixed vegetables and Worcestershire sauce
  4. Spoon into a 3-quart baking dish
  5. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbling
  6. Meanwhile cut each biscuit into quarters Remove dish from oven stir
  7. Arrange biscuits on hot beef mixture
  8. Top with cheese
  9. Bake 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
  10. Serves 6
