Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

• 2 lb stew beef
• 1 large carrot diced
• 12 c corn
• 12 c peas
• 12 tsp garlic salt
• 1 large onion diced
• 2 large potatoes chopped
• 1 c lima beans
• 1 large can tomatoes
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Cook meat and onion in large pot with 10 cups of water until meat is tender
2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes more
3. Serves 8 to 10
