Vegetable CasseroleCream Corn And Green Pepper

Ingredients
- 12 cup green pepper chopped
- 12 tsp butter
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 tsp chopped pimento
- 1 egg slight beaten
- 1 cup French fried onions
Directions
- Saute green pepper in butter until soft
- Pour green pepper into a 1 12 qt baking dish and add corn pimento egg and 12 cup onions
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes till firm
- Add remaining 12 cup french fried onions to top
- Bake 5 minutes more
