Vegetable Chili
Ingredients
- 2 medium green peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 34 tsp salt
- 14 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 c corn kernels
- 2 16 oz cans stewed potatoes
- 2 15 to 19 oz cans pinto beans
- 2 15 to 19 oz cans black beans
- 1 4 oz can chopped mild green chilies
Directions
- Chop green peppers and onions
- Cut zucchini lengthwise into 14s cut each 14 crosswise into 12-inch slices
